-Dealer agrees to all the sales terms and policies in all business activities with Assurance R/C

-All Authorized Dealers and Distributors must follow the MAP agreements set forth by each manufacturer. MAP violations will cease all future shipments.

-Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell, there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, or after 30 days. We do not accept returns on products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

-We will not be held responsible for crash damage and/or loss of kits or accessories incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In addition, we are not responsible for any components purchased and incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between components.
